After reading the informed consent statement (see link below), please complete each of the three tasks in the order presented below. Simply follow the links below for each task then follow the instructions carefully on the webpages. The following is a list of general instructions:

1. Click the “submit” button after completing each task.

2. Once you have submitted each task, simply close the window/tab and return to this main blog screen to complete the rest of the tasks.

3. In the spaces that will be provided, write your FIRST AND LAST NAME for each task.
